The book 9 of Thomas Fish begins with the arrival of the second ship on the shores of Izu Kingdom. A young female indigene is shot dead by Captain Alfred. After years of opposing Obinna's revolutionary vision and realizing that they faced extinction as a race, as a nation and as a people, the villagers, the elders of the royal cabinet and the Prime Minister finally agree with the Commander of Izu Warriors that it is time to reclaim back their total freedom and their stolen sovereignty to return back to their ORIGINAL existence prior to the colonial arrangement that was imposed on them by the white men either by force, by fire or by REFERENDUM. Captain Alfred rejects the change of plan in Izu Kingdom which contradicts the monarch's colonial blueprint within the African region. General William conducts a REFERENDUM to determine those in favor or against a diplomatic treaty between the two Kingdoms. Captain Alfred forms an alliance with Lt. George to declare a war of power against Thomas Fish and General William and to ensure that the colonial arrangement and the enslavement of the African people remains sacrosanct and non-negotiable.
