Training Wheels for Teachers

You got into the teaching profession to make a difference. You had some exceptional teachers growing up, and you thought you had what it took to make a similar impact on young people. Yet, from the moment you inherited your first group of students, you have been struggling to keep your head above water. During each period of the day, while you attempt to deliver quality instruction, there are a handful of loud and obnoxious students that make it their mission to disrupt your lessons and cause chaos in the classroom.
