Beautiful transsexual, Charlie Monroe, had a rough time becoming the woman he always wanted to be. His father disowned him and his crush almost killed him after word got out that he slept with a man. Enter Nurse Maggie who soon takes an unusual liking to the now non-speaking, disabled Dixie.
