An original pattern by contemporary artist Kristen Stein for a lace motif twist-front sweater top suitable for all seasons. The basic pattern allows for a loose-fitting dolman "batwing" sweater with short sleeves and draped front. Additional variations are provided to allow for adding motifs for sleeves and or decorative edging. The pattern is written as a "one size fits most" with suggestions on modifying the piece for a tighter fit, or allowing for looser fitting sweater with greater drape.
