Papa John's Pizza intentionally diverts its business practices away from its written core values. Its core values, though important, are only used as a duplicitous guile; a tool to squeeze as much utility and profit from every single employee, from every single customer, and from every single pizza. What it says is a lie and how it operates is hypocrisy. Ultimately, hypocrisy undermines the confidence of its customers and the integrity of its employees. This is what Papa John's does.
