When Monica's solo flight takes her through the Bermuda Triangle, she discovers something she never wanted to knowwhat happened to the people that got sucked into the vortex ?

Gideon, High Chief of the Centaurs knows Monica is an outlander and assumes her to be a spyguilty until she can prove otherwise. When the flying metal bird carrying her goes down, he and his warriors capture her, but he discovers Monica is a far harder nut to crack than he'd ever dreamed. And she is, quite possibly, the most elusive captive he's ever taken.

Monica isn't about to wait around while the trial council decides her 'fate'. She doesn't like the sound of that at all. It totally sucks that she's got Gideon on her heels and his enemies between her and freedomand then there are dragons and grypons and all manner of shifters .
