The book 'Vegetarian Slow Cooker Soups Cookbook" was born out of my desire to eat healthy. Over time, I felt the need to help others see the importance of eating healthy.
I preached this message to family and friends and received quite a number of positive responses. Right now, I've decided to reach a wider audience and I came up with this book. Containing 52 fat-free, gluten-free and meatless soups, this book is simply perfect and can easily be the vegetarian/vegan's delight.
I hope you'll enjoy the soups contained within and see the need to eat healthy. I'm pretty sure half of an individual's issues can be solved by eating healthy.
