In hindsight, I landed the personal assistant job with the billionaire big book boss of Precious Kitty Publishing after one too many shots of liquor courage to guarantee a killer karaoke performance for the win to pay my rent due to being fired that afternoon. Of course, I didn't know who he was, only that he was superiorly handsome and blatantly bold.
