Touring Israel has become a common practice among many South African Christians. But what about working in Israel for a short time period and getting to know the Israelis in their home and work place? Teresa Diggeden's( Pearcey) book tells of her experiences in this respect in a little book called "Volunteers in the Land of Milk and Honey."
Imagine a South African, and a Christian at that, living and working as part of an army volunteer group. It is both exciting and nerve-wracking. At times humorous but always bringing a sense of achievement.
Learn how you can share the excitement of living and working in Israel, helping build relationships with Jews and showing the love that Christians need to share with the Jewish nation.
