Waiting on Love at Hawthorne Avenue

Renee Jones never imagined her little yoga practice would bring her fame and fortune, but that's exactly what happened when one of her videos went viral. Now she runs one of the fastest growing yoga and apparel companies in the country. So, it makes absolutely no sense for her to up and move with her sister to a tiny island in Puget Sound, but that is precisely what she does when her Aunt leaves her a beautiful old home on Fireweed Island.

As she quickly settles into island life, she begins to wonder why, with all of her business success, she still doesn't feel satisfied. She spends every waking minute telling people how to achieve balance, and yet she's busy spinning in circles most days and wondering what more there is to life. It isn't until she finds a book of handwritten poetry on the beach that things start to take a turn. She knows she shouldn't keep reading the journal, which is so full of beauty, but she can't help herself. The poems are telling a story like the words are speaking directly to her.

When Renee sets out to find the rightful owner, she never expects the person to be the sexiest man alive. The moment Decker loses his journal, his world stops. He's been writing in it since college, and it holds secrets he's never told a soul. Granted, they're coded in poetry, but he certainly doesn't want them out in the public. Decker is so relieved when he gets a call from a perky woman claiming to have found it. He just never expects her to be the most beautiful woman in the world with a heart of gold. Next thing he knows, he's sharing a beautiful sunset on the beach with her wishing he didn't have to leave. But his entire life is a world away, and he's pretty certain she'd want no part of it.
