What Is True Freedom?

True freedom begins with what I call inner freedom. You can know inner freedom when you stop giving your attention to fantasies and mistaking them for reality.

Any story or narrative about future security is fantasy.

It's not wrong. But if you mistake that for reality, you suffer.

When you stop making that mistake, you discover inner freedom.

Inner Freedom Becomes Outer Freedom

Outer freedom is the expression of inner freedom.

When you know inner freedom, allow that to spill over into expression.

Live from the doing of the heart, not the doing of the mind.

This is possible. This is happiness.
