After a brief consultation at Dr. Laura's Clinic we see the same middle aged man. This time he's in bed with three chicks, even hotter than the first blonde. The words flashing across the screen read. "It doesn't have anything to do with your dick, it's all up here."

That's when the camera switched to Dr. Laura. She was tapping her head as she repeated that line. Dr. Laura was hot for an older woman.
