Warriors of Anaa

Humans tend to fear things they do not understand; unfortunately, the psychic abilities that Kali possesses absolutely terrifies them. Due to her innate gifts, Kali loses everything: her family, her friends, her home, and her freedom. After many years of living as a slave, she has had enough. In a desperate bid to aid others using the same skills that cursed her existence, Kali does the unthinkable she finally fights back, and this time, she will use all of her abilities to build a new life for herself and those she has claimed as her own.

The once bountifully blessed world of Anaa, in which Idris grew up, is now desolate and dying after the extremely savage Great War annihilated most of the population. Survivors of the Great War are mere husks of their former selves, going about their daily tasks, withdrawing from reality, and slowly sliding into the abyss of chaotic madness. As the most powerful form-changer on Anaa, Idris is unable to find a way for his people to rebuild not that they cannot rebuild, but they have sunken so far into their collective depression that the Anaahan form-changers appear to have nothing else to truly live for. So, he is completely blindsided when the little human female literally runs into his arms; not only is the tiny female his treasured mate, but he knows that she will undoubtedly be the blessing his people have all been secretly praying for.
