Long enough have the needs and capabilities of women over 55 been ignored or down-played by media, marketers, and medical personnel. Our mission
We saw in all this an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women like uswomen in their fifties, sixties, seventies, and more. We decided that what older women need is information--facts and ideas tuned to who we are and how we live. And that defined the purpose of this book:

Research rules
To be really useful, the book had to be authoritative. That's why our staff includes two retired librarians who understand the difference between advertising disguised as information, and information based on research and experience. It's also why we engage multiple sources, including legal and medical professionals, to review articles in their fields, or write their own.
