Avoiding her mother, she goes to the town's bed-and-breakfast where an older couple had run. When she gets there, however, the older couple is not there anymore. Instead, she meets James, the new owner. Something in her sparks feelings that she had not felt in a long time, maybe never.
What starts off as a stay over for the funeral ends up as a summer job. This trip back home soon turns into something that she never thought would happen.
