"Who Am I? Affirmations For Life" is a book of passion, purpose, and devotion for
oneself. It's about knowing who we are and finding peace in that knowledge. This peace rescues us from a place of hopelessness and uncertainty to a place of victory and joy. It's not about reading another good book. It's about the powerful awareness and transformation of breaking through into your true reality. It takes you from what you think you are, to what you will know to be true as you go through each page. We all long to be noticed, loved and accepted. Knowing who we are allows others in without fear and intimidation. We really need to know who we are, in order to embrace ourselves, before we can offer ourselves to the world.
There are 365 different statements of true affirmations and declarations. One for each day of the year, with five different areas of focus. The five areas are, "I am, I can, I have, I take action and Statements of Truth". I refer to the word "truth", many times in these daily affirmations. Truth may have different meaning to different people. For this purpose, truth refers to what you believe to be a source beyond your senses. A power that exists and has the ability to transform, all for the greater good.
Truth is revealed as we are open to the changes it can bring!
This journey is about you, no one else. There is no rush to get through this book. Let the words for each day become part of your day. As much as possible reflect, accept, allow, embrace, experience and continually think on that specific truth for that given day.
I encourage you to be open to different ideas and ways of thinking about yourself. As you progress from line to line you will find a confidence starting to build from within. As you notice evidence of these words taking affect feel free to express the freedom and joy you are experiencing. The words, "Live like someone left the gate open", by Kimberly Burnham, speak of total freedom. Let yourself experience that freedom we all so long for.
Journal as you wish and reflect back from time to time to see the changes deep down that have occurred. These may seem like just words at this point but these words hold power to transform us all.
Reach beyond the expected to a universe that celebrates who you are every day of your life.
Give yourself to the journey within and embrace all you are. Taking this journey transforms oneself from who you thought you were to the truth of who you really are, beautiful, courageous, with infinite possibilities, nothing standing in your way.
Having so much to give in just being who you are is an enormous gift to the world. Accepting the truth about yourself not only transforms you but the world around you also. Realizing the infinite possibilities in just knowing who you are makes all the difference.
Now embrace the real you, full of life, love, and laughter. Allow each and every word to transform your thoughts, desires, and dreams in aligning with the true you.
By the end of this book, no matter how long it takes, you will feel the changes and delight in the purpose for which it was written.
Added thought ** On a microscopic level everything has a noticeable vibration. Then how much more when you speak are you putting things in motion, out into the universe but also deep within your soul.
A ray of light is in all of us. Let it shine.
