Not every thought that comes into your head is yours. Many thoughts are lies, meant to threaten you, accuse, condemn, and terrorize you into believing you are worthless, unloved, and too far gone. Negative thoughts are real and can consume you, overwhelm you and control you. They come, but they don't have to stay. You have authority from God to banish thoughts and cast them out. Let me show you how.

You need to know "IT'S JUST A THOUGHT" and be free.

Jesus said in John 8:32, "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." It is not the truth that sets you free but knowing the truth that sets you free. What you don't know can hurt you. Jesus came to set us free, but if we don't know it, we will remain shackled and slaves to fear, anxiety, depression, and every negative thought the devil uses to convince us that we are stuck and never getting out of the pit.

No matter what you are going through, worrying about, stressing, or fretting over, no matter how long you have been feeling this way, Jesus wants you free. He wants you free from depression, worry, fear, and every thought, memory, and mood that plagues you.

Get ready to be healed, blessed, and blown away as you read these pages. God wants you healed and whole and He wants it for you more than you do. Go has a future planned for you and it is a good one. Your best days are ahead of you not behind you. Prepare the cabin, put the tray tables and seats in an upright position with seat belts securely fastened, and get ready for take-off.
