In order to start moving forward, we need some starting point,
from which we will proceed further. Such a starting point will
be the BASIC PLAN described in this book. I have been long watching
many men and women of different ages and physical levels in order to
work out the BASIC PLAN for the CUTTING PHASE BEGINNING.
THREE DIET PLANS (allowable variations of your calorie intake).
I have developed the basic DIET PLAN described in this book for a MALE with
moderate level of energy consumption. However, it is possible that a man spends
much more calories than 1,500-2,000 for this medium variant (for instance, he has
many muscles, he is engaged in very hard physical or intellectual work, or his own
body weight is too big). For such situations, I have had to develop additional plan,
where the number of calorie intake is more than normal (2,000-2,500 calories).
I also needed to make the third plan option (1,000-1,500 calories) for WOMEN, since
their energy consumption is lower than that of men (they have less muscles, their heat
emission is usually lower, and overall, their body weight is smaller).
