Dr. Kim Allen is an elite executive leadership effectiveness consultant, business advisor, and owner of "The Dr. Kim Approach," propelling senior leadership effectiveness in a transformational forward-thinking way.

Dr. Kim has professional experience working with Fortune-ranked pharmaceutical, medical, hospital, banking, and telecommunication industry giants for over twenty-five years.

An Immaculata University adjunct professor, Dr. Kim has also served thirteen years as an instructor and research advisor for adult learners. A business psychology expert, she has taught both on-campus and online business psychology courses. Kim holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University, a Master of Administration degree with a concentration in Women in Leadership from West Chester University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Joseph's University. Kim is certified by the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School's Professional Business Relationship Program. She is also a certified Image Consultant.
